Most 2-car garages in our area run around $2,500. The real number comes down to three things: square footage, how much crack and pit repair the slab needs, and which system you pick. Patios usually land near $2,000 and metallic floors run closer to $4,000. We measure your space and give you the price on the spot, before we leave your driveway. No callback with a surprise number a week later.
How long does the installation take?
The coating goes down in one day on most residential garages. Counting prep and cure, plan on two days start to finish. The exact timeline depends on the size of the space, the condition of the concrete, and the system you choose. Commercial projects run 1 to 5 days depending on square footage. You can walk on your new floor within 24 hours and drive on it within 48.
How long will my floor last?
A professionally installed system lasts 15 to 20+ years with almost no maintenance. Our coatings are UV-stable and chemical resistant, and they are built for heavy daily use. On top of that, the lifetime warranty covers peeling, cracking, and delamination, including the labor to fix it.
Does the grinding make a lot of dust?
The concrete grinder is connected to a large, industrial vacuum that is designed to prevent concrete dust from escaping into the air. It does an excellent job keeping dust out of the air. It’s possible, though, that some dirt will slip through.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry insurance on every job and we are a Simiron Certified Installer, which means we are trained and approved on the exact system we put down on your floor.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Acorn Finance that can fit most budgets. Talk with your New Wave Resins estimator about the details when we come out to measure.
How soon can you start?

What do I need to do before you arrive?
Move everything out of the space, cars included. That is it. We handle the prep, the grinding, the dust, and the cleanup. When we leave, the only thing in that garage is your new floor.
